I know I am all stressed out when :-
- I feel stretched in all directions
- I feel irritated most of the time
- I find myself rushing even if I’m not in a hurry to get anywhere
- I have trouble getting to sleep
I want back my “So What” attitude whenever I bump into things that causes me stress ……
