Insanity Fair

I know I am all stressed out when :-

  1. I feel stretched in all directions
  2. I feel irritated most of the time
  3. I find myself rushing even if I’m not in a hurry to get anywhere
  4. I have trouble getting to sleep

I want back my “So What” attitude whenever I bump into things that causes me stress ……

  1. ive always find myself rushing as well tho im not in a hurry…. as a result it doesnt only make me physically tired but also mentally tired. n thts really really tiring…. most probably because theres too much things on our mind when we r stressed kot so takut lose focus tu yg rushing2 je
